Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
We only replace items if they came in the mail damaged, or if you received the wrong color, size. If you need to exchange for the same item, but different size or color, send us an email at email@example.com or fill out the contact us form to receive more information.

We pay for your return label, but you are responsible for printing the label and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items cannot be used or dirty.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing will not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds based on shipping times. Shipping times vary for products so have patience. We do not offer refunds during the shipping of products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
