Shipping and Deliveries
After your payment is processed, it can take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include any applicable production times, weekends, or holidays. Purchases made after 12 PM CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 PM CST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Our apparel is freshly printed and take up to 2 days to be printed and shipped out, especially during holiday season, please be patient. As for as our jewelry goes if it takes more than 24 hours for your order to ship it's due to us being low on stock and waiting for our next shipment from our jeweler, please again be patient we'll do our best to keep you in the loop about your order.
Yes we do ship worldwide! Please allow more time for delivery if you live outside the US or CA.
If your order has not yet shipped, no problem, just contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the address for you. If we have already shipped the package, unfortunately, there is not much we can do. We may contact the post office and get the package redirected to the correct address. You may be able to contact the Postal Service and have your delivery redirected to the correct address. If your package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, there is nothing further we can do. It is the customers responsibility to collect packages from their delivery location. You can also edit or cancel from the order status page.
Orders and Payments
You can cancel, edit, or reorder your order from the order status page that shows after you pay for your order. You can only cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of it being placed. Check your order confirmation email for the link if you don't have it.
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you feel this was a mistake, please try your order again with a PayPal account or a different card.
Returns and Exchanges
You can start the return process by going to returns.sportzzheads.com. You'll need your email and your order number to start.
No you do not have to pay return shipping upfront but it will be deducted from your refund. So be aware of that.
You can exchange your product for something of equal value if you ordered the wrong size, color, or want something different. You can do this at returns.sportzzheads.com
Your product must be in unused, undamaged condition and must be shipped back within 72 hours of us providing you with the label.
Refunds are automatic and are usually processed within 24 hours. Excluding weekends, and holidays. Refunds are usually processed Mon-Fri. Learn more in our refund policy.
If we sent you the wrong order we greatly apologize! To return the incorrect item you received fill out a return request at returns.sportzzheads.com. Make sure the reason of return is "Incorrect item received". We will get the issue resolved as quickly as we can. In most instances we will send you a prepaid label to return the incorrect item and we'll then send out your correct item.
NO our necklaces DO NOT TURN YOUR NECK GREEN. Our necklaces are triple plated and polished instead of cheaply dipped.

NO. Before we send you your necklace I personally polish and coat your necklace with a transparent, allergy-free protective film that shields your necklace from harmful chemicals and wear and tear.
